<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Health-E Commerce is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Ecommerce Manager to lead our ecommerce and personalization efforts. This role owns the development and execution of our site strategy for FSAstore and HSAStore to drive revenue growth through improved site metrics. This is a player-coach role that requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The Sr. Manager will partner closely with creative, UX, data, and product teams to improve our customer journey improve our customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;">Site Strategy & Revenue Growth</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and drive the ecommerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore, with a clear focus on improving CVR, AOV, and overall revenue.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute seasonal and evergreen site strategies, optimizing onsite merchandising, category prioritization, sorting rule, boosting/burring, informed by consumer insights and performance data.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead approval for monthly site flips and content strategy, partnering closely with Marketing on promotional calendars.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;">Personalization & Customer Experience</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and scale personalized experiences across homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and product recommendations for both store brands to achieve our personalization revenue goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Data Science and Product to deploy ML-driven recommendation models based on user segmentation and purchase behavior.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the personalization testing roadmap, from hypothesis development and measurement framework design through rollout and iteration.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use CDPs, recommendation engines, and experimentation platforms to design, launch, and optimize personalized experiences across both storefronts</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate user journeys and behavioral insights into onsite experiences that drive relevance, engagement, and conversion.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;">Performance Analytics & Optimization</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own site reporting, co-creating reports for our customer segments and tying it back to our revenue targets</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use A/B and multivariate testing to launch and iterate on new personalization strategies, with every initiative tied to CVR, AOV, or LTV impact</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze user behavior data to surface actionable insights across engagement, acquisition, and retention.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish clear measurement standards for personalization lift, segmentation effectiveness, and ROI.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;">Team Leadership</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 ecommerce specialists.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Foster a culture of performance, data rigor, and optimization across the site.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner cross-functionally with creative, UX, data, and product teams to align priorities.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, with at least 2 years in a 2,000+ sku site.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ROI ownership, you've managed a site with real revenue accountability.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on personalization experience: you've built or scaled recommendation engines, dynamic segmentation, and can speak to measurable outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical foundation, comfortable Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent), or building your own analyses.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience running structured experimentation programs (A/B, MVT) with statistical rigor.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Builder, or equivalent) and personalization/CDP vendors (Segment or equivalent).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and other reporting tools</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;" data-teams="true">Health-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team. Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range. Our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. </span></p>
