This role combines strategic responsibility and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end webshop performance across international markets, optimize the entire customer journey, and continuously unlock new revenue and monetization opportunities. You think in impact, scalability, and unit economics – not tasks. You combine strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution and actively leverage AI to drive efficiency and growth.<br><br></span>This position is based in our Headquarter in Hamburg but can be done mostly remote within Germany.
