<p data-start="1048" data-end="1198">As Ecommerce Manager Japan, you will take ownership of Japan’s digital trading performance and customer journey, ensuring best-in-class ecommerce execution. </p>

<li data-section-id="1mttf3n" data-start="1425" data-end="1503">Identify new commercial opportunities to increase online sales performance</li>

<li data-section-id="9eojqr" data-start="2470" data-end="2544">Produce insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance</li>

<li data-section-id="1lgvk1m" data-start="2752" data-end="2840">Collaborate with global teams to adapt international strategies for the local market</li>

<h3 data-section-id="xs10nj" data-start="2847" data-end="2876">What We’re Looking For</h3>
<h3 data-section-id="xs2ljl" data-start="2878" data-end="2905">Required Experience:</h3>
<ul data-start="2906" data-end="3540">
<li data-section-id="14yvyl1" data-start="2906" data-end="2988">4+ years experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online retail management</li>
<li data-section-id="1c0arx4" data-start="2989" data-end="3066">Proven track record driving online revenue growth in ecommerce businesses</li>
<li data-section-id="1suj3ut" data-start="3067" data-end="3166">Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, retention, and ROAS</li>
<li data-section-id="14lknlm" data-start="3167" data-end="3242">Experience managing website merchandising and digital trading calendars</li>
<li data-section-id="3o3ksh" data-start="3243" data-end="3358">Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Shopify, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms</li>
<li data-section-id="15bh6ru" data-start="3359" data-end="3439">Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and product teams</li>
<li data-section-id="1iqdyir" data-start="3440" data-end="3485">Native or fluent Japanese language skills</li>
<li data-section-id="1hy252u" data-start="3486" data-end="3540">Strong business-level English communication skills</li>
</ul>
