We are seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Associate who will support the execution of on-site merchandising and content updates to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining product presentation, assisting with homepage updates, and supporting merchandising initiatives across the site. Working closely with merchandising, marketing, and creative teams, this role helps ensure content accuracy, timely updates, and alignment with promotional and seasonal priorities.

 

How you will contribute:

  • Execute day-to-day site merchandising updates, including product placement, category organization, and content changes
  • Assist with homepage updates to support promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
  • Ensure product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
  • Support category merchandising to ensure intuitive product discovery
  • Partner with marketing teams to help execute site content aligned with campaigns
  • Perform basic site QA to ensure a smooth and error-free customer experience
  • Monitor site performance metrics and flag issues or opportunities to the team
  • Assist in compiling reports on site activity and merchandising performance
  • Support A/B testing setup and execution as needed
  • Stay informed on eCommerce trends and best practices
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field 
  • 0–2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of web merchandising and digital customer experience
  • Familiarity with Excel and analytics tools (Google Analytics a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within eCommerce
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI-based technologies

Compensation: 

 

$58,000-$60,000
