We are seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist I who will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies that enhance the online customer experience and drive engagement and sales. This role takes ownership of select site areas and supports optimization efforts through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. This position bridges execution and strategy-building foundational expertise in site merchandising, user experience, and performance analysis.

 

How you will contribute:

  • Execute merchandising strategies for assigned categories and site areas
  • Support homepage planning and assist in executing updates aligned with campaigns and promotions
  • Partner with Designers and Developers to implement site content and layout updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discovery and customer experience within assigned categories
  • Analyze site performance data (conversion, engagement, product performance) and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on-site experiences with campaigns
  • Assist in A/B test execution and track performance outcomes
  • Ensure site content aligns with SEO best practices and taxonomy standards
  • Monitor site experience for accuracy and usability; proactively address issues
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to support performance improvements
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce merchandising fundamentals and customer experience
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and testing methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI-based technologies

Compensation: 

 

$61,000-$65,000
