<p data-path-to-node="3"><strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="0">Location:</strong> Singapore / Hong Kong / Shenzhen (Remote within APAC/EU time zones)</p> <p data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">Type:</strong> Full-time</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">Role Overview</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="6">We are looking for a high-caliber <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="34">Ecosystem BD</strong> scaling high-impact DeFi protocols projects.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="8"><strong data-path-to-node="8" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ecosystem Expansion:</strong> Identify and recruit top-tier DeFi projects (Lending, AMM, Derivatives, Yield Aggregators) and RWA initiatives to build on the chain.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Onboarding:</strong> Act as the primary bridge between external project teams and our internal engineering team. Guide projects through the deployment lifecycle, from smart contract interaction to mainnet launch.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">DeFi Optimization:</strong> Advise ecosystem projects on liquidity provision, cross-chain bridging strategies, and asset management to ensure a healthy, liquid on-chain environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">RWA Integration:</strong> Leverage your knowledge of Real World Assets to lead the integration of tokenized assets, ensuring compliance and technical compatibility with our L1/L2 infrastructure.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with APAC-based teams to align ecosystem growth with regional market trends and liquidity flows.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="11"><strong data-path-to-node="11" data-index-in-node="0">Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul data-path-to-node="12"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of professional experience in the Blockchain/Web3 space, specifically within <strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="99">Ecosystem Development</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="122">Technical BD</strong>, or <strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="139">Solutions Architecture</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">DeFi Expertise:</strong> Mastery of DeFi primitives including AMM mechanics, liquidity mining, lending protocols, and cross-chain interoperability.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hands-on Technical Knowledge:</strong> Proven ability to assist projects with deployment.
