We are seeking an ambitious, high-velocity <strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="107">Ecosystem Manager</strong> to expand and nurture our expansive global networks of Web3 projects, L1/L2 foundations, AI startups, enterprise partners, and developer communities.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="11">Role Overview</h2> <p data-path-to-node="12">As the <strong data-path-to-node="12" data-index-in-node="7">Ecosystem Manager</strong>, you will be the connective tissue of our flagship events. You will not just manage a network; you will curate and grow the entire lifecycle of our partner ecosystems. This involves building strategic relationships with top-tier crypto foundations and AI model labs, managing large-scale community and affiliate programs, and overseeing the highly curated startup competitions (e.g., SuperAI's Genesis) and hundreds of official side events during Singapore AI Week and TOKEN2049 Week.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="14">Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3 data-path-to-node="15">1. Strategic Partner &amp; Account Management</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="16"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,0,0">Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for key ecosystem partners, including Tier-1 layer-1/layer-2 protocols, major AI foundations, developer DAOs, research institutes, and venture funds.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,1,0">Align ecosystem partner goals with event frameworks, ensuring maximum value extraction through speaking opportunities, curated networking sessions, and custom activations.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="16,2,0">Collaborate closely with the Sponsorship and Commercial sales teams to transition high-potential ecosystem contacts into premium event sponsors.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="17">2. Side-Event &amp; "Week" Orchestration</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="18"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="18,0,0">Lead the curation, approval, and strategic scheduling of over 100+ community-organized satellite events, hackathons, and workshops during <strong data-path-to-node="18,0,0" data-index-in-node="138">TOKEN2049 Week</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="18,0,0" data-index-in-node="157">Singapore AI Week</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="18,1,0">Work closely with external hosts to ensure their side events maintain the premium quality and compliance standard associated with our brand.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="19">3. Startup Ecosystem &amp; Competitions</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="20"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="20,0,0">Own the execution and pipeline of flagship startup initiatives, such as SuperAI’s <strong data-path-to-node="20,0,0" data-index-in-node="82">Genesis Pitch Competition</strong> and TOKEN2049 startup showcases.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="20,1,0">Source high-quality global startups across the AI stack (compute, model, robotics, application layers) and Web3 verticals (DeFi, Infrastructure, Consumer Crypto).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="20,2,0">Convene and manage relationships with institutional judges, venture capital syndicates, and corporate accelerators sponsoring cash prizes or grant pools.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="21">4. Community and Affiliate Engagement</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="22"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="22,0,0">Expand the <strong data-path-to-node="22,0,0" data-index-in-node="11">Community Partner</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="22,0,0" data-index-in-node="33">Affiliate Programs</strong>, driving global inbound ticket traffic, hacker registrations, and brand awareness through developer hubs and regional user groups.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="22,1,0">Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Content teams to amplify ecosystem stories, partner milestones, and co-marketed event initiatives across digital platforms.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="24">Requirements &amp; Qualifications</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="25"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="25,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="25,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 3–5+ years of experience in Ecosystem Management, Venture Relations, Developer Relations (DevRel), or Business Development within a prominent Web3 foundation, AI startup accelerator, tech fund, or tier-1 global conference ecosystem.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="25,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="25,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Industry Domain Knowledge:</strong> A deep, functional understanding of both the Web3 landscape (L1/L2 networks, DeFi, tokenomics) and the AI stack (frontier models, infrastructure/compute, embodied AI).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="25,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="25,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Network:</strong> An existing, warm network of founders, VC investors, and community leaders in either the AI or crypto space.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="25,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="25,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Project Management:</strong> Exceptional organizational skills.
