We are looking for a Trading Platforms Administrator to join the Trading Platforms Administration team of a regulated brokerage business operating with MT4/MT5, CFDs, FX, stocks, ETFs, liquidity providers, trading bridges, aggregation engines and market data services.

The role is focused on the administration, configuration, monitoring and support of trading platforms and related trading infrastructure. The candidate will be involved in daily platform operations, incident handling, change management, technical analysis, reporting, and support of internal business departments.

This position requires hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 server administration and a solid understanding of trading platform operations in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in MT4/MT5 server administration.

Practical understanding of trading platform operations in a brokerage, fintech or financial services environment.

Basic knowledge of FX, CFDs, stocks, ETFs and other traded instruments.

Understanding of trading concepts. Experience with Windows Server administration; Linux knowledge is an advantage. Understanding of networking concepts and services, connectivity troubleshooting.

Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; MySQL experience is an advantage. Ability to analyse logs, investigate technical issues and work with production incidents.

Understanding of information security, access control and audit trail principles. Experience with change management and controlled production deployment processes.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and support business-critical trading operations.

Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and respond effectively to urgent production issues.

Considered as Advantages Experience with trading bridges, aggregation engines or liquidity connectivity solutions such as PrimeXM, OneZero or similar systems.

Experience with liquidity provider onboarding, configuration, monitoring and support.

Knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager API, Admin API or other platform integration interfaces.

Basic scripting or programming knowledge. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or similar. Understanding of FIX API, REST APIs or other financial system integration protocols.

Experience with market data vendors and financial data feeds.

Understanding of corporate actions, securities reference data or instrument lifecycle management.

Experience in regulated brokerage environments and familiarity with operational controls, incident management and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain MT4/MT5 servers and related trading platform components.
• Ensure stability, availability, security and performance of MT4/MT5 infrastructure and connected trading services.
• Configure and support trading conditions, including groups, symbols, securities, execution settings, swaps, commissions, margin settings and related platform parameters.
• Manage and support connections to liquidity providers, trading bridges, aggregation engines and LP connectors.
• Monitor production trading systems, investigate alerts, respond to incidents and participate in on-call or emergency support when required.
• Support incident management processes, including investigation, impact assessment, escalation, resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Participate in change management processes, including preparation, testing, deployment, validation and audit trail maintenance.
• Perform testing of MT4/MT5-related components, plugins, configurations, integrations and infrastructure changes.
• Provide technical support to Trading, Risk, Business, Client Support, Compliance and other internal departments.
• Analyse business and operational requirements, gather relevant information and propose practical technical solutions.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using SQL and internal platform data.
• Review logs, system behaviour and platform events to identify issues, risks and areas for improvement.
• Support external trading services and related integrations.
• Participate in the development lifecycle of internal tools and trading infrastructure components by providing requirements, testing, feedback and production validation, without acting as a dedicated software developer.
• Propose process improvements, automation opportunities and new technologies based on operational needs and market standards.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, operational procedures, changes, incidents and platform-related processes.
• Contribute to a professional, reliable and proactive working environment within the Trading Platforms Administration team.
