<p><span data-contrast="none">✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </span> <br><span data-contrast="none">✨ 5+ Years of experience working as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in manufacturing, production, or industrial software environments.</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">✨ 5+ Years of experience collaborating with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">✨ 3+ Years of experience working with industrial systems such as Product Management Systems (PMS), MES, PLM, or similar production</span>‑<span data-contrast="none">focused platforms.</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">✨ Proven experience working directly with industrial or construction end users (e.g., plant managers, engineers, operators, production stakeholders).</span> <br><span data-contrast="none">✨ Willingness to work onsite at the US office frequently during the first six months of the contract.</span><br><span data-contrast="none">✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
