This individual will have at least six years of a combination of industry and consulting experience managing industrial, commercial, and retail compliance with varied environmental and safety regulations in California, including hazardous waste generator compliance, Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) compliance, hazardous waste generator requirements, environmental permitting, and worker training in California. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This&nbsp;individual will&nbsp;serve as a compliance subject matter expert and project/program manager, responsible for&nbsp;proposals, budgets, schedules, project safety, deliverable quality, and client satisfaction&nbsp;for EHS compliance, permitting, and field implantation for 3 primary clients and&nbsp;collaboration with various Apex National and Regional Account managers to&nbsp;provide related services for other accounts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader and client manager, responsible for delivering high-quality compliance services while ensuring strong client relationships, regulatory compliance, and project performance. This individual will collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to support environmental compliance programs across multiple facilities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Manage environmental compliance programs for multiple clients, with a focus on AST, APSA, and Hazardous Waste Generator&nbsp;permitting,&nbsp;training,&nbsp;inspection, and regulatory compliance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee hazardous waste generator compliance activities&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;California and federal regulations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and grow the AST Compliance service line, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continued revenue performance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as a primary&nbsp;client&nbsp;contact,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;strong relationships and ensuring&nbsp;a&nbsp;high&nbsp;level&nbsp;of client satisfaction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Prepare and manage technical proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for compliance projects.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with subcontractors and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct or oversee facility inspections, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide&nbsp;technical guidance and regulatory interpretation related to ASTs, hazardous waste generator requirements, and related environmental compliance programs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support collaboration with staff across multiple divisions to deliver integrated environmental services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">10% -
