<div>Looking for an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Powertrain Process Engineering Manager. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will ensure that production runs efficiently, cost-effectively, and meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves leading a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments, and implementing innovative solutions to improve production methods.</div>

<p>1. Process Requirements and Operational Readiness:</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the planning and execution of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) new launch activities, ensuring that all operational readiness requirements are met.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process requirements, timelines, and resources.</li>
<li>Ensure the readiness of equipment, tools, and materials for the smooth launch of E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) operations. </li>
<li>Identify, trial, and implement any new tools, equipment and processes that could improve safety, quality and production efficiency </li>
<li>Develop and implement training programs for production teams </li>
</ul>

<p>2. E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Quality Assurance and Process Quality Control:</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the integration of quality checks within the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) process to ensure compliance with quality standards and prevent defects. </li>
<li>Direct responsibility of achieving quality targets including the development of quality control plans, quality checks and statistical process control (SPC) that supports variability reduction and prevent internal costumer impacts.</li>
<li>Implement process controls to monitor and maintain consistency in e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) product quality, emphasizing the use of automated/digital systems and error-proofing tools. </li>
<li>Work closely with the quality teams to establish and refine e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit)-related specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across production. </li>
<li>Ensure that quality control standards are adhered to in E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes, collaborating closely with the production and Quality department to drive continuous improvement tools. </li>
<li>Implement corrective actions based on quality audits, PFMEA analysis, and other relevant data to improve product quality and production efficiency. </li>
<li>Lead and coordinate quality problems by implementing permanent solutions. 3. PFMEA and Risk Management: o Apply Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential risks in the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) processes and develop mitigation strategies. </li>
<li>Collaborate with the production, manufacturing engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions based on PFMEA findings, minimizing the risk of process failures and enhancing product quality. </li>
<li>Lead efforts to continuously improve risk management practices and process reliability throughout the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) Process.</li>
</ul>

<p>4. Launch Operation Preparation:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage detailed project plans for E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) launches including task allocation, resource planning, and risk management. </li>
<li>Ensure the integration of new equipment, coordinating with manufacturing engineering, quality, and logistics teams. </li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth launch execution and operational success.</li>
</ul>

<p>5. Team and Resource Management: o Lead and mentor the E-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) launch team, providing guidance on operational priorities and resource allocation.</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage staffing, training, and resource needs, collaborating with operations managers to ensure the timely availability of materials and new tools. </li>
<li>Foster a collaborative work environment focused on achieving launch goals and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. </li>
</ul>

<p>6. Monitoring and Reporting</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor process progress and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with the overall e-Powertrain (Battery and Drive Unit) process strategy and production goals. </li>
<li>Report on productivity status, quality performance, and potential risks to senior management, providing insights into necessary actions for success. </li>
<li>Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for product performance, budget adherence, and resource utilization. </li>
</ul>

<p>7. Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement</p>
<ul>
<li>Address challenges during the production/launch phase, ensuring timely resolution with minimal impact on production timelines. </li>
<li>Participate in root cause analysis teams and problem-solving activities, focusing on productivity, process improvements, and quality control measures. </li>
<li>Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce and avoid all different type of waste and drive to a more efficient processes</li>
</ul>

<li>Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of resilience to deal with urgent requests, and minimal information. </li>

<li>Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. </li>

<div>Minimum Qualifications:</div>
<div> </div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electrical Engineering.</li>
<li>13+ years of experience in EV manufacturing at reputable OEMs, with a strong background in PWT EV operations, high automation level, Batteries, Electrical Drive Unit and launch activities.</li>
<li>Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems and production planning software</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing Powertrain EV industry operations.</li>
<li>Additional Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing.</li>
<li>Flexibility in the work schedule is required (including evenings and weekends, as needed).</li>
<li>Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, and 3D Design is a plus</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Additional Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.</li>
<li>Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & lean manufacturing.</li>
<li>Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.</li>
