Design, procure, assemble, and operate EGSE systems for spacecraft AI&T including power distribution, communications, telemetry/command, RF test, and custom hardware interfaces

Design and build EGSE harnesses for interfacing test equipment and spacecraft systems

Lead spacecraft electrical system integration across avionics, EPS, communications, and propulsion subsystems

Write and execute implementation plans, test procedures, and build documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve anomalies observed during integration and test operations

Support vehicle-level environmental testing (TVAC, vibration, EMI/EMC)

Support program milestones including PDR, CDR, MRR, and TRR

Operate within cleanroom and ESD-controlled environments around flight hardware

Create technical documentation and interface control documents (ICDs) for EGSE and AI&T handoffs across teams

Develop and run automated test scripts and code for hardware validation and regression testing

What It Takes

B.S. or M.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline

5+ years of experience supporting spacecraft flight hardware and integration environments

Experience architecting and deploying EGSE systems including power, command & telemetry, RF, and custom interfaces

Familiarity with spacecraft integration processes and spacecraft build flows

Ability to lead subsystem and vehicle-level electrical integration and testing

Strong skills in technical writing, procedure authorship, and troubleshooting

Experience developing and executing automated test scripts (e.g., Python)

Proficient with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies

Experience with code verification and validation best practices

Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures and cleanroom protocols

Strong cross-functional awareness and systems-level thinking

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment where priorities shift quickly
