- You will set the standard for hardware design in maritime autonomous systems.
- You will tackle complex engineering challenges related to electronics, from concept through to production.
- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including software engineers and autonomy experts, to develop and refine our technology.

- Design and develop advanced hardware solutions, including PCB layouts and embedded systems, for autonomous marine applications.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware with our real-time data platform and ensure seamless operation.
- Lead the development of hardware prototypes, perform testing, and refine designs based on performance and feedback.
- Drive technical decisions related to hardware design and contribute to the evolution of our technology stack.
- Ensure that all hardware meets military-grade standards for reliability and security.
- Proven experience in hardware and PCB design, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in designing and testing electronics for high-reliability and high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for PCB design.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power management, and thermal design considerations.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for defense and maritime applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a startup or rapidly evolving technology environment is highly desirable.
- Exposure to optical systems, photodiodes, LEDs, or optical alignment techniques (lab or academic projects count!).
- Familiarity with signal integrity, impedance matching, or low-noise analog design.
- Knowledge of piezoelectric sensors or underwater acoustics.
- Desire to transition from RF to related fields like sonar or acoustic sensing.
