LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.&nbsp;</p></div><p>As a Graduate Electrical Engineer (Commissioning), you will support the Electrical Commissioning Team in the execution of electrical commissioning activities on Data Centre projects across Europe. This role combines hands-on field commissioning with office-based engineering support, providing an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise in electrical systems, infrastructure, controls, and commissioning processes.</p> <p>Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, you will receive structured training, mentoring, and field exposure to build competence in commissioning activities from Level 2 (Installation Verification) through to Level 5 (Integrated System Testing). This role is designed to support your progression from a graduate engineer to an independent commissioning professional.</p> <p>Travel to project sites across Europe for extended periods is a core requirement of this position.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Support electrical commissioning activities across Data Centre projects under the guidance of experienced commissioning personnel.</li> <li>Participate in electrical design reviews and assist in identifying and documenting design discrepancies.</li> <li>Review project specifications, control philosophies, System of Operation (SOO), Description of Operation (DOO), and equipment submittals.</li> <li>Read and interpret electrical drawings, including single-line diagrams, schematics, and layouts.</li> <li>Assist in the development and review of commissioning test scripts and procedures.</li> <li>Witness and support Level 2 to Level 5 commissioning activities, including Installation Verification Checks (IVC), Pre-Functional Checks (PFC), Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Integrated System Tests (IST).</li> <li>Execute assigned commissioning activities once trained and authorised by the Electrical Lead.</li> <li>Accurately record test results, field observations, and commissioning documentation.</li> <li>Assist with preparation of commissioning reports, trackers, dashboards, and As-Left documentation.</li> <li>Attend project meetings and provide status updates on assigned activities.</li> <li>Support the review of commissioning documentation and document management systems.</li> <li>Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3>Skills Required:</h3> <ul> <li>Strong interest in electrical engineering and commissioning within mission-critical environments.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge through training and practical experience.</li> <li>Ability to travel extensively across Europe for project assignments.</li> <li>Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.</li> </ul> <h3>Education / Licenses / Certifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li> <li>Recent graduates or candidates with relevant internship/work placement experience are encouraged to apply.</li> <li>Full driving licence preferred.</li> <li>Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits:</h3> <ul> <li>VHI Healthcare Cover</li> <li>Life Assurance</li> <li>Pension Contribution</li> <li>Training And Educational Assistance</li> <li>Annual GP Check-Up</li> <li>Extra Annual Leave</li> <li>Healthcare Screening</li> <li>Recognition Rewards</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>LotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
