To succeed, Loenbro must invest in expertise, adapt to changing regulations, and stay at the forefront of technological advancements, ultimately solidifying its reputation for quality and reliability in this critical sector.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Test electrical systems using appropriate tools to determine where issues may be occurring. Oversee safety of the system to ensure compatibility.</li> <li>Document actions, testing results, observations, and final diagnosis of the situation and steps taken to resolve issues for each job or situation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Determine necessary steps to assess electrical situations and troubleshoot using testing devices, blueprints, and maps.</li> <li>Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Report all policy violations, procedures, and guidelines to supervisor.</li> <li>Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to work on electrical systems in commercial properties.</li> <li>Maintain equipment to ensure it is in good condition and can operate or be used safely.</li> <li>Maintain and ensure general housekeeping of work areas.</li> <li>Be able to bend 1/2" to 4″ conduit.</li> <li>Utilize required tools and equipment for each specific task as necessary.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 4 years leading mission critical projects and electrical teams.</li> <li>Develop construction schedules and continually monitor or adjust as needed.</li> <li>Ability to contribute to the installation or be able to direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate manpower needs and lead cross-functional communications.</li> <li>Ability to coordinate or place material orders after competition price comparisons have been completed.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards.</li> <li>Strong preference for NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position may require travel to various project sites.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.</li> <li>Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Potential Hazards:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Outside most of the time</li> <li>Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures</li> <li>Manufacturing and refining environment</li> <li>Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels</li> <li>Limited working surfaces</li> <li>Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors</li> <li>Exposure to areas with limited visibility</li> <li>Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)</li> <li>Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks</li> <li>Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:</li> <li>If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required.
