ELECTRICAL FOREMAN - FLORIDA- MIAMI -WEST PALM BEACH

Apollo Electric is looking to hire Electrical FOREMAN for Electrical projects. These positions will make sure that everything runs smoothly, and deadlines are being met. The positions will also need to establish positive working relationships with the Apollo staff and General Contractor. There is tremendous growth opportunity as the company continues to scale rapidly.

Apollo Electric is a fully licensed, electrical contracting company located in the heart of New York City with a rapidly growing presence in West Florida (Miami, FLL, West Palm Beach). Apollo Electric started as a team of one focusing on residential contracting. The company has since grown to having three divisions that specialize in High End Residential, Commercial, and Service electrical work.

Your Location:

• Ability to regularly commute to Miami, FLL, West Palm Beach
• Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

Your Pay:

• Starting offer is $25 per hr- negotiable (Based on Experience)

Your Schedule:

• Hours Per Week: 40-50 Hours Per Week (Typically)
• Days Per Week: Monday to Friday
• Hours Per Day: 8-9hrs/day

Position Requirements:

• OSHA 30 Card
• Strong English – both written & verbal
• Preferred w/ Strong Spanish – both written & verbal

Requirements:

• Project Interface: Between Client, In-House Mechanics, and Other Trades (Low-Voltage, GC, Security, Designer, Architect)
• Drawings/Plans: Must be able to read and understand project drawings
• Project Timelines: Outstanding issues, and relevant next steps to resolution
• Scheduling: Proactively schedules all necessary resources (internal and external)
• Products & Staging Make sure products and materials are on-site when required
• Punch List: Using design docs to determine punch list to be completed. And completing it!
• Change Orders: Create and track
• Oversee team on site

Qualified Electrician Background is Preferred:

• Minimum 4-5yrs of Experience as an electrician
• Knowledge of sub-systems: lighting control, fire alarm
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code
• Experience in running a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
