</div></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our MEP – Prefabrication & Supply Chain Management team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in the design process and management of complex Mission Critical data center projects, including coordination of teams and deliverables.</li>
<li>Assess risks and roles associated with various project delivery methods.</li>
<li>Interpret and apply principles of contract documents and agreements.</li>
<li>Proactively identify, track, and address design and engineering challenges during design and construction phases.</li>
<li>Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, with primary experience in electrical and controls; apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.</li>
<li>Review one-line diagrams, equipment submittals, and other trades’ design drawings to ensure integration and coordination.</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge of electrical distribution equipment, including low and medium-voltage transformers, switchboards, and switchgear.</li>
<li>Evaluate the constructability of electrical systems, including conduit, cable tray, busway routing, grounding, bonding, and equipment installation.</li>
<li>Conduct cross-discipline drawing coordination and design quality reviews for MEP disciplines.</li>
<li>Provide constructability, technical expertise, and engineering solutions to support design evolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate creation of integrated electrical room concepts and collaborate with subcontractors.</li>
<li>Collect information, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations; organize teams for group decision-making.</li>
<li>Open to additional responsibilities as role and department services evolve.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>2–5+ years in an engineering position, preferably with experience in Mission Critical data center projects.</li>
<li>Ability to consistently meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to independently assess and evaluate issues, and have difficult conversations professionally.</li>
<li>High level of morality and ethics.</li>
<li>Strategic, solutions-oriented, detail-oriented, and flexible.</li>
<li>Independent worker with a collaborative mindset.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Open to receiving meaningful feedback.</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with cross-discipline coordination and design quality reviews.</li>
<li>Ability to innovate and adapt to new technology.</li>
<li>Outstanding time management skills.</li>
</ul>
