This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.</p> <h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3> <p>The <strong>Electrical Project Manager</strong> will lead electrical system delivery for Nscale’s hyperscale data centre projects. You will manage the technical execution of electrical packages from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover.</p> <p>This owner-side role demands deep knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, UPS, and backup generation systems. You will ensure electrical works are designed, installed, and commissioned to meet Nscale’s safety, performance, and quality standards, while maintaining seamless integration with other building systems.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, schedule, and technical standards.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, statutory requirements, applicable standards, and HSE regulations relevant to the project location<br><br></li> <li>Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.<br><br></li> <li>Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA).<br><br></li> <li>Monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages, ensuring visibility and alignment across the wider delivery team.</li> <li>Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.<br><br></li> <li>Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems.<br><br></li> <li>Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues.<br><br></li> <li>Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years’ experience managing electrical delivery including within data centre or mission-critical projects.<br><br></li> <li>Degree or alternative qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li> <li>Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems essential.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong commissioning (CX) expertise across all MV/LV power systems, including active support of Integrated Systems Testing (IST)<br><br></li> <li>Proven experience in coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.<br><br></li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br><br></li> <li>Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools<br><br></li> <li>Fluent in English; Norwegian advantageous.<br><br></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>For information on how Nscale handles candidate personal data, please see our Employee &amp; Candidate Privacy Notice:&nbsp;<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QK5Yg04WHD9K9IAtJgQWubJZC9oLvatK/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QK5Yg04WHD9K9IAtJgQWubJZC9oLvatK/view?usp%3Dsharing&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1765375172804000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2Ncte4rmlGl8OKuFuDgDtx">Here.</a></em></p></div>
