This isn't a desk role. You'll be a key part of how we win work and deliver it, owning the field from bid to closeout. If you're the type who takes pride in knowing every phase of a project and won't ask a crew member to do something you wouldn't do yourself, we want to hear from you.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bid and estimate electrical scopes of work — quantity takeoffs, labor hour builds, material pricing, and subcontractor coordination</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Run jobs end-to-end: manage schedules, coordinate with GCs and other trades, track labor costs, and hit milestones</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Keep projects moving — proactively identify delays, material shortages, or scope issues and resolve them before they become problems</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead crews in the field and pick up tools when needed — this is a working superintendent role</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams;
