The Superintendent will supervise entire electrical jobs while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean turnover documentation.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:</span>&nbsp;</p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Oversee management of all project craft employees.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Work closely with the project management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Maintain the construction schedule for the entire project, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle. Train foremen to develop, monitor, and adhere to a 3-week look-ahead schedule accordingly.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Ensure that all work meets required standards and compliance. Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">Promote and enforce safety standards on the project site.
