<p><strong>H</strong><strong>ow You Will Make an Impact</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>As an <strong>Electrical Supervisor</strong>, you will play a crucial part in all electrical aspects of building and maintaining our 42-mile Dune Express conveyor system. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to all OSHA and MSHA standards while performing all job duties.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead your team in safety complying with OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Work with outside Engineering firms to design new electrical equipment.</li>
<li>Travel to various vendor locations and for audits and meetings. This will be more so during the design and construction phase.</li>
<li>Review, understand, redline, and update electrical schematics, drawings, one lines, e-houses layouts, etc..</li>
<li>Lead a team of field electricians on day-to-day task such as inspections, PMs, trouble shooting, reporting, etc..</li>
<li>Review and approve time sheets, vacation request, POs and invoices.</li>
<li>Attend training and certification courses required by the company.</li>
<li>Developing, maintaining, and reporting on budgets both for OPEX and CAPEX</li>
<li>Engaging with third party vendors for quotes and lead times</li>
<li>Comply with OSHA and MSHA standards and annual testing on electrical equipment.</li>
<li>In conjunction with senior supervision, may plan, staff, and organize field/shop positions. </li>
<li>Interacts with project management, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedule. </li>
<li>Responsible for resolving direct report’s issues (lack of productivity, safety, quality, work interfaces, rework etc.) as required. </li>
<li>Assist in obtaining personnel through Human Resources/Recruiting or network (as necessary). </li>
<li>Assess work completion. Create punch lists. </li>
<li>Advise senior level supervision of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Journeyman Electrical License with minimum 5 years industrial experience</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years field leadership in industrial electrical</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear</li>
<li>Required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, sit and climb or balance</li>
<li>Must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus</li>
<li>Capable of working Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm</li>
<li>Room and board provided at or near the location of the job</li>
<li>Must be able to tolerate working conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat</li>
