The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to all OSHA and MSHA standards while performing all job duties.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead your team in safety complying with OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies and procedures.</li> <li>Work with outside Engineering firms to design new electrical equipment.</li> <li>Travel to various vendor locations and for audits and meetings. This will be more so during the design and construction phase.</li> <li>Review, understand, redline, and update electrical schematics, drawings, one lines, e-houses layouts, etc..</li> <li>Lead a team of field electricians on day-to-day task such as inspections, PMs, trouble shooting, reporting, etc..</li> <li>Review and approve time sheets, vacation request, POs and invoices.</li> <li>Attend training and certification courses required by the company.</li> <li>Developing, maintaining, and reporting on budgets both for OPEX and CAPEX</li> <li>Engaging with third party vendors for quotes and lead times</li> <li>Comply with OSHA and MSHA standards and annual testing on electrical equipment.</li> <li>In conjunction with senior supervision, may plan, staff, and organize field/shop positions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Interacts with project management, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work&nbsp;complies with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedule.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for resolving direct report’s issues (lack of productivity, safety, quality, work&nbsp;interfaces, rework etc.) as required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in obtaining personnel through Human Resources/Recruiting or network (as necessary).&nbsp;</li> <li>Assess work completion.
