About the role
The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will be responsible for managing Penumbra’s EDI system and transactions. It is a critical position to ensure the success of EDI usage and will be the primary point of contact between Penumbra and customers to resolve EDI issues. What You’ll Work On • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a timely and efficient manner • Act as liaison between our Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team and our IT, Logistics, Finance
