Key Objectives

  • Assist in maintaining email templates and communication guidelines.

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline email workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple email accounts, ensuring timely attention to messages.

  • Sort, prioritize, and flag emails according to urgency and relevance.

  • Draft, proofread, and send routine email correspondence on behalf of the team.

  • Maintain and update email distribution lists and contact databases.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining email templates to ensure consistency in communication.

  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.

  • Identify and escalate important or sensitive emails to the appropriate team members.

  • Support the implementation of email best practices and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Proven experience in email management, administrative support, or related roles.

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and basic office software.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM systems is a plus.
