We're looking for a Junior Email Marketing Specialist eager to learn and grow with us. If you're organized, curious about what drives engagement, and have some e-commerce experience, this is a great opportunity to build your email marketing expertise.

You'll help create and localize email campaigns, write content, test ideas, and learn how to analyze performance data to improve results. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll receive hands-on support and guidance while working across different brands, products, and markets.

As you grow, you'll take ownership of your products and email strategy, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns;

• Create and execute email content;

• Manage and segment email lists to ensure optimal deliverability;

• Localize email content for different audiences;

• Test email content, links, inbox placement, and fix any mistakes, typos, or inaccuracies to maintain high quality and credibility;

• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and recommend data-driven optimizations;

• Stay up to date on email marketing trends and best practices;

• Look at how to improve your day-to-day activities using AI;
