About the role

Job Summary:
As a Cold Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing outbound email campaigns targeting decision-makers across the U.S., Europe, and MENA markets. You’ll work with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, and data mining platforms to identify prospects, set up personalized campaigns, and drive qualified meetings for our sales team.

This role requires a mix of technical expertise (deliverability, inbox rotation, domain warmup) and marketing creativity (personalized messaging, sequencing, testing).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery
  • Design and optimize visually appealing email templates
  • Manage and maintain the email marketing database
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve email effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with email marketing innovations
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and other data mining tools.
  • Segment leads based on ICPs (startups, SaaS, tech ventures, enterprises) and personalize outreach campaigns.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, and related automation tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, bounce rates) and continuously improve deliverability.
  • Implement A/B testing across subject lines, copy, and CTAs to increase conversions.
  • Maintain inbox health: domain warmup, rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, and spam monitoring.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive optimization.
  • Experience with data mining tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.).
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, IT services, or staff augmentation industries preferred.
