From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.&nbsp;At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p> <p></p></div><p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Candidate will work as&nbsp;part of&nbsp;the global team of&nbsp;firmware, digital hardware and&nbsp;RF hardware engineers to&nbsp;develop cutting edge wireless broadband products and technologies.&nbsp;<br>The candidate must possess knowledge of&nbsp;embedded Linux processes and an&nbsp;understanding of&nbsp;digital Wireless communications.</p> <p><strong>Knowledge and experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5&nbsp;years embedded firmware development experience with C&nbsp;/ C++, Linux&nbsp;/ Unix platform</li> <li>&nbsp;Experience with ARM/MIPS processors, embedded Linux</li> <li>Wireless protocols (802.11)</li> <li>Strongly need networking skill, OSI model understanding</li> <li>Ability to&nbsp;adapt and quickly pick up&nbsp;new technologies</li> <li>Ability to&nbsp;work productively and autonomously, whether on&nbsp;a&nbsp;small team or&nbsp;solo, including the ability to&nbsp;give and receive constructive criticism to&nbsp;team members</li> <li>Experience with all phases of&nbsp;the software development life-cycle</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience with Git, including merging and rebasing</li> <li>&nbsp;Experience with bash shell scripting and/or Python</li> <li>BS&nbsp;degree in&nbsp;Computer Science, or&nbsp;related engineering degree</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills (ENGLISH MANDATORY)</li> <li>Candidate needs to be in Kyiv (or consider relocation).
