Senior Embedded Software Integration Engineer; Automotive

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Integration Engineer to manage and configure our software platform, integrating both application software components and the platform into complete node software. This role focuses on both hands-on development and leadership within a technical team, playing a pivotal role in our product's development and release readiness. You will take responsibility for verification, continuous integration, and deployment, ensuring high-quality, robust software is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of embedded software (ESW) technologies and platforms within a technical team.
• Manage and configure the software platform and build environment, ensuring integration and readiness for deployment.
• Verify the software platform through continuous integration and secure the overall software quality before release.
• Develop technical roadmaps focused on early development phases.
• Actively network across the organization and influence collaboration among global sites.
• Drive the development and expansion of acquired technical competencies, contributing to business development.
• Integrate external and internal deliveries, enhancing readiness before software release.

Your Profile
We’re seeking an expert in embedded software with a proven track record in the field and an established reputation. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 12+ years of relevant experience, recognized as a thought leader in your discipline
• Mastery of embedded software integration and related technologies
• Proficiency in managing software build environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance and readiness verification
• Excellent communication skills, capable of networking across the organization and influencing other global sites
• Familiarity with current market trends and a network to stay ahead in the industry
