Embedded Systems Project Leader; Automotive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Leader for Embedded Systems to join our Software Platforms team. As a project leader for a new software product, you will oversee the entire integration process, ensuring alignment with defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including GTO, AMT, and IT, to integrate their contributions, lead technical solutions, and play an active role in the delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define the project scope and ensure alignment on expected deliveries.
• Manage resources and coordinate people across functions to develop the new software product in line with the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Drive technical solutions within the engineering team and actively contribute to the product delivery process.
• Integrate deliveries from other teams (GTO, AMT, IT) into the final product.
• Analyze complex scenarios and apply your technical expertise to resolve challenges effectively.
• Develop and maintain a strong network across the organization, influencing work at other sites.

Expected Profile:

• Proven experience in managing large projects or end-to-end processes with minimal oversight from management.
• Proficient in DevOps and experience with Docker/containers.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including TSPKI and certificate handling.
• Extensive experience in C++ programming and embedded Linux systems.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive engineering solutions across multiple domains.

Key Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in embedded software engineering with a strong focus on integration.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in embedded systems, cybersecurity, and software integration practices.
