<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>We are currently hiring an <strong>Embroidery Machine Operator</strong> to join our fast-paced, high-performing production team. If you're detail-oriented, skilled in embroidery operations, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interpret work orders to determine embroidery placement, thread colors, and design specifications</li>
<li>Upload logos and artwork into machines using Pulse software</li>
<li>Select proper hoops, thread colors, and backing material for each garment</li>
<li>Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines with precision</li>
<li>Monitor machines during operation, performing thread and bobbin changes as needed</li>
<li>Conduct light finishing work, including steaming or ironing to smooth embroidery areas</li>
<li>Repair defective embroidery or fill in blanks as needed (Stitch Busting process)</li>
<li>Fold, pack, and prepare finished orders</li>
<li>Assist with quality control inspections to ensure top-tier results</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime during peak production seasons</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Minimum 1–2 years of experience</strong> operating automatic embroidery machines</li>
<li>Proficient with design uploads, hooping, thread selection, and using proper backing materials</li>
<li>Familiarity with Pulse software (or similar embroidery software platforms)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to troubleshoot machine issues</li>
<li>Comfortable operating multiple machines simultaneously</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual, and capable of working efficiently in a team environment</li>

<p><strong>Available Shift and Pay: </strong></p>

<li>First Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm</li>
<li>Hourly Wage: $19-20/hr</li>
