Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, EMEA, you will shape and activate integrated, multi-channel programs for our London-based operations, combining demand generation with strong narrative and market presence. We are looking for a senior, hands-on operator who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work that contributes directly to commercial outcomes.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="2">Responsibilities:</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="3"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Own</strong> the in-market game plan by partnering with MDs, Growth, Client teams, and Global Comms to define narratives and build integrated marketing plans.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Design</strong> campaigns that drive revenue by creating multi-channel programs (events, content, PR, email, paid) aligned to specific pipeline and sales goals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead</strong> execution end-to-end for third-party events (e.g., Cannes Lions, Advertising Week Europe) and owned activations from concept through to follow-up.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive</strong> full-funnel performance by setting measurable targets and optimizing campaigns to generate pipeline and influence revenue.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Report</strong> with clarity, providing regular, structured updates on demand generation and campaign performance.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Build</strong> and leverage partnerships, securing sponsorships and leading co-marketing with technology and service partners.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Plan</strong> and prioritise the EMEA events and content calendar aligned to regional commercial focus.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Fuel</strong> demand through paid and content by managing social and digital channels in support of priority campaigns.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,8,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,8,0" data-index-in-node="0">Align</strong> regional initiatives with global campaigns and messaging, adapting where needed for maximum market impact.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="5">About You</h2> <h3 data-path-to-node="6">The essentials:</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">10+ years</strong> in B2B marketing, communications, or demand generation across EMEA.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proven track record</strong> of driving measurable pipeline impact through marketing programs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strong experience</strong> across marketing and communications, including PR, content, and events.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Well-connected</strong> across key industry publications, platforms, and events.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Excellent English writing skills</strong>, with the ability to craft senior-level communications and PR narratives.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Stakeholder management</strong> expertise, with experience partnering with C-suite, MDs, and Sales to support commercial outcomes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Execution-focused mindset</strong>, able to manage multiple priorities with pace and discipline.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,7,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,7,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strong understanding</strong> of full-funnel marketing, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="8">Not a must, but a plus:</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proficiency</strong> with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience</strong> in managing paid media (LinkedIn, Google).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Background</strong> in partner marketing or collaborative growth initiatives.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">At Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
