About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor work experience placements, ensuring learners meet their hours targets.
- Conduct health & safety risk assessments for placement sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular progress reports and performance data to the Business Development Manager.
- Collaborate with Progress Coaches, Course Leaders, and Curriculum Managers to support learner success.
- Attend networking events and promote the College’s services.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
- A clean driving licence and access to a car.
