About the role
<p>We are currently seeking<strong> Employment Lawyers</strong> to work with some of the world’s largest companies across all industries.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">: </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations.</li>
<li>Counsel on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other sensitive employee matters.</li>
<li>Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes, including across international locations with local counsel support.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance (classification, overtime, timekeeping, pay practices).</li>
<li>Design and deliver HR/employee training on key employment topics.</li>
<li>Monitor legal developments and update policies, processes, and trainings accordingly.</li>
<li>Support commercial and corporate work as needed, including contracts with employment‑related provisions.</li>
<li>Contribute to legal templates, playbooks, and process improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum Qualifications: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in your state of primary residence.</li>
<li>5+ years of employment law experience, with a preference for both large law firm and in‑house roles.</li>
<li>Strong employment counseling background (more employment than traditional labor), including wage and hour experience.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training.</li>
<li>Exposure to international employment issues and working with foreign counsel.</li>
<li>Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.</li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
