You will be given the means and mentorship needed to succeed, and your creativity will be rewarded.</div><h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;">About the Position</h1> Dexis is seeking End-Use Monitoring (EUM) Specialists to support anticipated programming with the Department of State’s (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). This opportunity will support End-Use Monitoring (EUM) in Haiti to accomplish INL’s mission of strengthening law enforcement, public security, and criminal justice institutions.  This position is contingent upon contract award.  <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;">Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li>Conduct EUM activities, including field inspections and verification of defense articles and related assets. <span class="EOP Selected SCXW267197191 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Perform on-site assessments to ensure compliance with export control requirements, property accountability standards, and program guidelines.  </li> <li>Monitor the use, storage, and disposition of equipment and materials to identify discrepancies, misuse, or risks.  </li> <li>Collect, document, and report field data accurately in accordance with established EUM protocols and reporting requirements.  </li> <li>Assess risks and identify potential vulnerabilities in supply chain, logistics, and asset management processes.</li> <li>Support verification of inventory records and reconciliation of physical assets with documentation.  </li> <li>Prepare clear, concise field reports and contribute to overall program reporting and compliance documentation.  </li> <li>Utilize compliance tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accurate records and reporting outputs.  </li> <li>Operate independently in high-risk and complex environments while adhering to security protocols and safety requirements.  </li> <li>Coordinate with program staff, local stakeholders, and government officials to facilitate access, inspections, and information gathering.  </li> <li>Demonstrate cultural awareness and professionalism when engaging with U.S. personnel, Haitian nationals, and government counterparts.  </li> <li>Travel throughout Haiti, including to remote or high-threat locations, to conduct monitoring activities.</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;">Qualifications </h1> <ul> <li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset. accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation. </li> <li>U.S. Citizen.</li> <li>Ability to obtain MRPT.</li> <li>Fluency in Haitian Creole required.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW157517138 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW242384965 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Proven ability to conduct field inspections in challenging environments.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW212623999 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills, risk assessment abilities, and independent operational skills are required.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW84757594 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW171849448 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> <li>Able to drive armored vehicles.<span class="EOP Selected SCXW85715267 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":720,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240,"335559991":360}"> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">Dexis is on a mission to help solve today’s most pressing global political, social, and economic challenges and create a world where all people are safe and prosperous.
