<p><span data-contrast="auto">As an Engagement Lead at Future Secure AI, you own the full lifecycle of building and deploying an AI Co-Worker — from Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, production deployment, and performance monitoring. You lead the team that builds, and you are accountable for the outcome.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":100}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Working directly with enterprise clients, you will translate client needs into scoped AI solutions, design AI Co-Worker logic and user experiences, and build deployment roadmaps. You will be the face of Future Secure AI with our customers throughout the build phase, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across data science, engineering, QA, and delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and sustained client satisfaction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":160}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Own the full engagement lifecycle from Discovery through Proof of Concept, MVP, production deployment, and performance monitoring</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Translate enterprise client needs into scoped AI solutions, designing AI Co-Worker logic and user experiences</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and manage deployment roadmaps, scoping builds and delivering under pressure across complex, multi-stakeholder environments</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as the primary client-facing lead throughout the build phase, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication at all levels including C-suite</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead cross-functional delivery teams across data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, ensuring alignment and high-quality outcomes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">10 years of professional work experience, including 5 years in Product or Consulting; Product Management experience highly preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of experience working and leading via the agile methodology</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to move from strategic ambiguity to an executable plan</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Confidence leading cross-functional teams and operating at C-suite level</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li>
