We are looking for dynamic Engagement Managers to lead client delivery projects, driving adoption of a SaaS platform and advisory services for national security clients. This role involves managing senior client relationships, executing high-impact projects, and fostering account growth through strategic problem-solving and data-driven solutions.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead project execution, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations while optimizing team resources.</li> <li>Develop engagement plans, align resources, and drive adoption of SaaS solutions tailored to client workflows.</li> <li>Manage senior-level client relationships, translating needs into actionable software use cases.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and sales teams to scope new work and identify expansion opportunities.</li> <li>Mentor analysts, provide quality assurance, and present insights to executives concisely.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Must-Haves</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2-5 years in client engagement or consulting, with expertise in national security strategy, supply chain, federal procurement, or defense tech engagement.</li> <li>Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and ability to manage complex projects independently.</li> <li>U.S. citizenship required; current or ability to obtain a security clearance.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice-to-Haves</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with SaaS, data analytics, or advisory services; experience in government or defense sectors preferred.</li> <li>MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.</li> </ul>
