<p><strong>About the Role </strong></p>
<p>The Senior Engagement Manager will play a strategic leadership role within the BCS Pharma Group, driving growth, delivery excellence, and capability building across pharmaceutical and life sciences engagements. This role combines client leadership, solutioning, practice development, and program ownership to help scale the pharma consulting and analytics practice. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor (beyond expert -only) to clients, lead high-impact engagements, contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, and build reusable assets, solutions, and thought leadership for the organization. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>
<p><strong>Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple pharma accounts and workstreams</li>
<li>Own project planning, delivery governance, execution tracking, and risk management </li>
<li>Define timelines, delivery milestones, resource planning, stakeholder communication plan and change management strategies for delivered solution adoption within Client Org </li>
<li>Manage senior client stakeholders and build long-term relationships </li>
<li>Ensure successful delivery outcomes with high client satisfaction and business impact</li>
<li>Drive program governance, issue resolution, and escalation management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Leadership </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor engagement managers, analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams </li>
<li>Drive team performance, accountability, collaboration, and professional development</li>
<li>Foster a high-performance and learning-oriented culture within the pharma group </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Pharma Practice & Capability Building </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build and strengthen the pharma industry practice as a SME </li>
<li>Develop reusable solutions, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for pharma engagements </li>
<li>Create case studies, capability decks, thought leadership content, and internal knowledge assets</li>
<li>Conduct domain trainings and mentor teams on pharma business processes, analytics, and consulting approaches </li>
<li>Support organizational capability building in commercial pharma, patient analytics, market access, engagement planning, and related areas </li>
<li>Contribute proposal development, solution design, effort estimation, and storytelling for client opportunities </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for pharma clients </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Technical skills </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute across AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Data Engineering workstreams based on business and project requirements </li>
<li>Support both delivery execution and pre-sales activities for Analytics and Data Science engagements </li>
<li>Participate in solution design, proposal development, effort estimation, and client discussions for Analytics/DS opportunities </li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data, analytics, and technology solutions </li>
<li>Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and solution assets to strengthen organizational capabilities </li>
<li>Support implementation of enterprise-grade and digital transformation initiatives </li>
<li>Work closely with clients to understand business problems and translate them into data driven solutions </li>
<li>Contribute to capability building, knowledge sharing, and practice development initiatives </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>11+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, pharma commercial operations, or life sciences industry </li>
<li>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, in atleast one or more Business functions across pharma value chain – R&D, Market Access, Launch Planning & Execution excellence, Value and Pricing, commercial analytics, Customer (HCP) & Consumer (Patient awareness) engagement, patient analytics. </li>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivery programs</li>
<li>Experience in proposal creation, solutioning, and client presentations </li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams</li>
<li>Experience working with global pharma clients and senior business stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Experience in one or more areas: AI, Data Science, Analytics, Technology Consulting, or Data Engineering </li>
<li>Strong understanding of analytics delivery models, data platforms, and enterprise solutioning </li>
<li>Exposure to proposal creation, pre-sales support, and solution development is preferred for Analytics/DS/AI roles </li>
</ul>

<li>Pharma industry expertise with strong domain and business understanding of pharma business </li>
