Responsibilities
1. SMM & Digital Engagement
- Manage and execute LinkedIn, Instagram social activity
- Drive engagement in socials (comments, reposts, discussions)
- Increase website traffic quality (not just volume)
- Distribute created content on relevant resources
2. Events (External & Internal) organization
- Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and participation in industry events
- Drive attendance and post-event engagement
- Work closely with sales to convert attendees into MQLs
3. Customer Advocacy process execution
- Identify and activate reference clients
- Coordinate case study data collection (with Sales & Delivery)
- Engage clients in webinars, testimonials, events and community
4. Community Development
- Actively grow and engage CLARITY expert community
- Organize discussions, sessions, and interactions
- Personally engage clients, prospects, and SAP representatives
- Ensure ongoing activity (not “dead community”)
