We’re looking for an inspired, motivated and experienced Engagement Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work.
In this role you will:
- Oversee portfolio of accounts
- High level understanding of nature of work & status across different workstreams
- Ability to make priority calls based on client needs & orchestrate via respective Project Managers
- Manage client communication (ex. Steer co, core team, monthly checkpoints, escalations, etc.)
- Nurture client relationship & identify collaboration opportunities.
- Work with discipline leads to draft team proposals & manage quality of service
- Budget management
- Eye for continuous improvement & drive value.
What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,
You should have:
- 3+ years of experience in managing people and project
- Client relationship management & handled client accounts that incl. multiple workstreams, projects, etc.
- Experience collaborating across multiple disciplines / departments / partners to successfully deliver projects
It’s a plus if you have:
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint & Smartsheet
- Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as MS Teams, Onedrive, Jira and Confluence
- Prince2 and/or PMP, Scrum master certification, Agile certification
