The candidate will be involved in building complex next-generation software and architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Create and review architectural decisions for projects/products.</li> <li>Provide technology consultation and technical solutions for projects/products.</li> <li>Create and review high-level and low-level design of solutions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance of non-functional attributes (stability, security, availability, performance, etc.) of the product to internal standards</li> <li>Establish/Improve SDLC processes &amp; ensure adherence to projects/products.</li> <li>Drive strategic initiatives aligning with the firm’s technology vision.</li> <li>Provide technical training and influence business/technical decisions.</li> <li>Own and execute projects independently from an architectural standpoint.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll need</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or, an equivalent course)</li> <li>9+ years of relevant experience in Java, Python or similar object-oriented language(s)</li> <li>Technical hands-on with building large-scale solutions with any of the object-oriented language(s)</li> <li>Experience in end-to-end execution of enterprise-grade software</li> <li>Knowledge of design principles, fundamentals of architecture, quality processes and estimation techniques</li> <li>Understanding of relational and/or non-relations databases</li> <li>Experience with building high volume products that are highly available, scalable, and reliable on cloud platform.</li> <li>Experience in trouble shooting and resolving scalability challenges for existing apps.</li> <li>Experience with evaluation of open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools</li> <li>Ability to implement user interfaces using web-technologies and frameworks.</li> <li>The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as a demonstrated passion for technology.</li> <li>Excellent reasoning ability and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role as it involves interaction with business users.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div style="padding: 10px 0px; border: 1px solid transparent;"> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Recruiting Security<br></strong>Emails from genuine Arcesium recruiters who are employees of the company will always come from the @arcesium.com domain.
