  • Communicative and collaborative – builds relationships and works effectively with others

  • A team player – supportive, attentive and contributes to a positive work environment

We value individuals who are engaged, humble, and motivated to grow together with the team.

Development opportunities and interests

You are motivated to grow into a project management role, take on responsibility and deepen your expertise in technical solutions within a marine environment.

With us, you will be part of a workplace where your engagement and curiosity truly make a difference—both for the team and our products.
