About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and modern frontend technologies.
- Build reusable components and libraries for long-term scalability.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
- Optimize components for performance across diverse devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to iterate on application architecture.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for critical modules, including testing and deployment.
- Implement and maintain test frameworks and automation for MFEs (E2E testing).
- Refactor, debug, and continuously improve existing codebases using industry best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
- Design and implement multi-tier software using technologies such as React, Java, MFE, MongoDB, and Event Hubs.
- Monitor live site performance and drive optimization initiatives.
- Mentor team members and contribute innovative ideas through hackathons and engineering forums.
About You
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with deep expertise in React.
- Strong experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) frameworks and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Proven track record in test automation and frameworks for MFEs (including E2E testing).
- Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns.
- Hands-on experience designing application architecture for large-scale systems.
- Expert in writing unit tests and ensuring high-quality test coverage.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant services for high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Continuous Delivery).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure and strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Awareness of emerging frontend technologies beyond React is a plus.
- Good to have: Knowledge of backend technologies (.NET, Rails, Java), AWS, Redis, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
