Desired qualification and work experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in Retail or any other releavant industry.
- Broad knowledge of labour management, HCM, scheduling and leave management products.
- Strong knowledge of WFD configuration, reporting, and data migration.
- Ability to understand Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and convert them relevant workbooks.
- UKG WFM Pro (Dimensions) certified is added advantage Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
