Engineer - Design QC

<p></p> <p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>· Quality Check on Design Prints from each aspect.</p> <p>· Evaluate technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and performance of proposed designs.</p> <p>· Ensure compliance with AT&amp;T General and Regional standards, regulations, and best practices in AT&amp;T telecom design.</p> <p>· Collaborate with all stakeholders to define design objectives and specifications.</p> <p>· Provide Feedback to the Designers on Errors.</p> <p>· Support Manager on plans to Improve the Quality of Designers.</p> <p>· Keep Organized Data of files that has been through Quality Check.</p> <p>· Keep Compliance with Pearce Database for Project Milestone Dates</p> <p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <p>· Demonstrated expertise in handling various job types such as ASE, F1, FTTP, and IFP, adhering to ATT standards.</p> <p>· Hands-on experience with ARAMIS-DT, a valuable tool for efficient project management and quality assurance within ATT projects.</p> <p>· In-depth familiarity with ATT portals, including APEX, IMAGINE, MIC, XNG, and NOVA, AOTX, USH, LFACS, CEOOT</p> <p>· A thorough understanding/experience in the Outside Plant telecom industry, public right-of-way, private easements, existing utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas, and other underground and aerial utilities.</p> <p>· Experience in FTTX (G-PON) designing and Knowledge on Reading Copper Networks and understanding of Copper Terminology.</p> <p>· A good understanding on the Requirement on Permits and Jurisdiction Requirements.</p> <p>· Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights.</p> <p>· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate with overseas team.</p> <p>· Proven experience in AT&amp;T FTTH/ BAU.</p> <p>· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p></p>
