If you’re the best at what you do, come work at Innophase IoT!</p></div><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a motivated Embedded Software Engineer (new graduates) to support development, bring-up, and debugging of next-generation wireless SoC platforms. This role provides hands-on experience working on embedded firmware, MAC/PHY/RF systems, silicon validation, and real-time software development in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Gain</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with embedded firmware development on wireless SoCs</li> <li>Exposure to MAC, PHY, RF, and modem software architectures</li> <li>Experience debugging real-time embedded systems and wireless data paths</li> <li>Exposure to embedded command-processing and host interface software frameworks</li> <li>Mentorship from experienced embedded software engineers</li> <li>Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge wireless connectivity technologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in development and debugging of embedded firmware for MAC, PHY, and RF subsystems on wireless SoCs</li> <li>Support silicon bring-up, validation, and debugging activities in lab environments</li> <li>Help analyze wireless/RF performance metrics such as throughput, latency, EVM, SEM, Power</li> <li>Assist with debugging issues across firmware, hardware, MAC, PHY, and RF subsystems at chip, board, and system levels</li> <li>Support development and debugging of embedded host interface and command-processing frameworks used for system configuration, diagnostics, and feature control</li> <li>Develop and maintain software tools and automation scripts (Python/C/C++) for log analysis, test automation, validation, and data processing</li> <li>Support RF bring up and validation activities optimization, and performance tuning</li> <li>Work with DMA engines, interrupts, embedded peripherals, memory-mapped registers, and RTOS-based software components</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MAC, RFIC, modem, validation, systems, and ASIC engineers to investigate and resolve issues</li> <li>Document debug findings, validation procedures, software workflows, and test results clearly</li> <li>Generate debug summaries, validation reports, and presentations for engineering reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields</li> <li>Fundamental understanding of embedded systems, digital communications, networking, and RF concepts</li> <li>Programming experience in C/C++ and Python</li> <li>Basic understanding of wireless systems</li> <li>Familiarity with embedded debugging concepts, RTOS basics, interrupts, DMA, or low-level software development</li> <li>Understanding of basic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, or signal generators</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills</li> <li>Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams</li> <li>Detail/Team-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to wireless MAC/PHY/RF concepts such as time/frequency/bit processing domains, RF metrics measurement</li> <li>Familiarity with SoC architecture, inter-processor communication, memory-mapped registers, MCU/RISC-V/ARM systems</li> <li>Experience with embedded firmware projects, hardware bring-up, or lab debugging</li> <li>Experience with scripting, automation frameworks, or data analysis tools</li> <li>Academic or project experience involving wireless communication systems, embedded firmware, or networking software</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>It is key to unleash the potential in every employee, every team, every leader, and the company herself.
