Your work will directly impact tool performance, customer confidence, and ASM’s reputation for technical excellence.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>As a Global Product Support Engineer, you’ll operate at the highest technical level, combining hands‑on problem solving with global collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Provide&nbsp;advanced technical support&nbsp;for complex electro‑mechanical equipment and sophisticated software systems</li> <li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug issues escalated by field engineers and product support teams</li> <li>Act as the escalation point when standard troubleshooting paths are exhausted, delivering clear solutions under pressure</li> <li>Partner with engineering teams by reporting&nbsp;design, reliability, and maintenance insights&nbsp;that drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Support customer installations and deliver technical training when deeper expertise is required</li> <li>Engage directly with customers to resolve highly technical issues and ensure optimal system performance</li> <li>Travel globally (up to&nbsp;50%) to support field operations, customer sites, and critical escalations</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>You bring strong semiconductor experience, technical depth, and the confidence to lead in high‑stakes situations:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience diagnosing and resolving&nbsp;complex technical issues</li> <li>Minimum&nbsp;2 years of experience with PECVD in semiconductor manufacturing environments</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;electro‑mechanical systems and software‑driven equipment</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills</li> <li>Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences</li> <li>Strong presentation skills and comfort leading technical discussions</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel&nbsp;locally and internationally up to 50%</li> <li>Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to remain effective in challenging, time‑critical situations</li> </ul> <p>Why ASM?</p> <p>At ASM, you won’t just fix problems—you’ll&nbsp;prevent the next one.
