You will contribute to multidisciplinary teams of structural, geotechnical, mechanical, fire, and civil engineers working with SGH.</p> <p>Essential duties include performing a wide range of structural engineering analysis and design tasks; assisting senior staff in on-site investigations to document existing conditions and determine the root of problems; managing the preparation of drawings and specifications; and aiding senior staff during the construction administration phase of projects. A strong technical education, professional demeanor, and desire to learn is essential to this position.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Need:</strong></p> <p>· MS in Civil, Structural, Coastal, or Ocean Engineering</p> <p>· Communication skills: excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey information to internal and external clients.</p> <p>· Problem-solving ability: solving minor or complex problems using data, logic, and judgment. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.</p> <p>· Team-oriented mindset – ability to work successfully with others toward a shared goal with active participation.</p> <p>· Accountability and responsibility - ability to meet deadlines. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, highest degree achieved, qualifications, work location and job title level.</p> <p><strong>Associate Project Consultant:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Bachelor’s Degree: $79,560 - $81,640</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Master’s Degree: $83,200 - $85,280</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Project Consultant:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Bachelor’s Degree: $82,680 - $101,920</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Master’s Degree: $83,720 - $108,160</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Doctorate Degree: $90,480 - $108,160</span></li> </ul> <p>Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package.
