We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world.&nbsp; Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><p></p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop application software, device drivers for hardware control, and communication software for customers’ host systems.</li> <li>Define development specifications and create required engineering documents.</li> <li>Investigate faults, defects, and bugs occurring at customer sites or manufacturing sites, and propose fixes and functional improvements.</li> <li>Review customer requests and specifications, and propose appropriate technical solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Key Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional software development experience.</li> <li>Strong software engineering knowledge with programming experience in C, C++, and/or C#.</li> <li>Language Requirements: Japanese: Fluent , English: Business level</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience as a project leader or project manager.</li> <li>Experience in the semiconductor or FPD (Flat Panel Display) industry.</li> <li>Knowledge of fieldbus technologies such as DeviceNet or EtherCAT.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Apply today to be part of what’s next.</strong></p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
