We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world.&nbsp; Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Job's mission</strong></p> <p></p> <div>Drive supplier excellence by ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance through proactive quality management, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, contributing to ASM’s operational excellence and innovation.</div> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <p>•Provide technical expertise in manufacturing technologies and engineering best practices to drive product quality with key suppliers<br>•Manage and drive quality improvements for Cable and PCBA suppliers<br>•Work with manufacturing sites and field teams to investigate non-conformances and ensure closure with suppliers<br>•Drive FMEA and implement Process Control Systems (PCS)<br>•Review SPC data and manage suppliers’ OCAP execution<br>•Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement<br>•Conduct supplier audits including surveillance and problem-solving audits<br>•Lead investigations and support SCAR/8D reporting<br>•Support failure analysis (FA) and share findings with internal stakeholders<br>•Develop strong supplier relationships and promote continuous improvement<br>•Up to 20% international travel required</p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <p>•4–7 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related field<br>•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines acceptable with relevant experience)<br>•Experience in Cable or PCBA-related processes preferred<br>•Fluent communication skills in English for global suppliers interaction<br>•Strong ownership and ability to work independently<br>•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</p> <p><strong>What sets you apart</strong></p> <p>•Understanding of Cable/PCB standards (e.g., IPC-A-610)<br>•Ability to read and interpret Cable/PCB drawings<br>•Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection, and metrology<br>•Statistical Process Control (SPC)<br>•FMEA (DFMEA / PFMEA)<br>•Structured problem solving (8D)<br>•Supplier management and communication skills</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Apply today to be part of what’s next.</strong></p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
