This individual <span data-contrast="auto">is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and validation of advanced test systems used for production testing of complex medical devices. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable products in a regulated environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> <strong>This position will be based in the Mountain View headquarters.</strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Key Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Design and development of automated test systems for medical devices, including hardware and software components</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain test applications using LabVIEW; leverage TestStand for test sequencing </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to define test requirements and strategies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Design and debug electronic circuits used in test fixtures and validation setups</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex system-level issues</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure compliance with relevant medical device standards and regulatory requirements </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support product transfer from development to manufacturing, including test system deployment and validation</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s, Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Extensive experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environments</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong proficiency in LabVIEW for test development and automation</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with NI TestStand preferred</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid background in electronic circuit design and analysis</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at system and component levels</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading technical initiatives</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Additional preferred qualifications:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Use of design for testability (DFT) and manufacturing test strategies</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and hardware integration</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with / Exposure to regulatory submissions </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<p><em>$132K-$172K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.</em></p>
