Hydrologic, hydraulic, structural, and geotechnical analyses may be required to assess and verify the condition of dams and/or their proposed repairs or modifications.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Water Resources Infrastructure Inspections - Inspect water resource structures to verify that they are operated and maintained in a safe manner to protect life, property and the environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">BS in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university with coursework in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, open channel flow, soil mechanics, structural analysis, reinforced concrete and steel design</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">15 years’ relevant experience in a similar role and building a book of business; relationships with local agencies are a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Registered P.E. in Washington/Oregon</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;An extensive understanding of engineering principles, water infrastructure systems, and regulatory frameworks at the state, federal, and local levels is required.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced expertise in project management, budgeting, and strategic planning is essential for overseeing large-scale water projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;Demonstrated skill in managing complex, multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects on time and within budget is critical.&nbsp; Strong problem-solving, high-level communication, and negotiation abilities are necessary for engaging stakeholders and ensuring project success.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
